Applicants must meet the specified age and educational requirements for their chosen course. All candidates should have a genuine interest in fashion and creative arts.

Application Process

A completed admission form must be submitted through our online registration portal or in person at the academy office. All information provided must be accurate and complete.

Required Documents

Students must submit the following documents: Copy of Qatar ID/Passport, recent passport-sized photographs, and parental consent letter if the applicant is under 18 years of age.

Language Requirements

All courses will be taught in English. Applicants must have basic proficiency in English to understand instructions, participate in discussions, and complete coursework effectively.

Fees and Payment

Registration and tuition fees must be paid within the given deadline. Late payments may result in cancellation of enrollment. Payment plans are available upon request.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed as per the academy's withdrawal policy. Students must submit a written withdrawal request. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of withdrawal.

Equipment and Tools

All tools and equipment provided by the academy must be used responsibly and with care. Students are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.

Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled courses. Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% to be eligible for certification. Active participation is expected in all classes.

Certification Requirements

Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course, meeting all attendance requirements, and full payment of tuition fees.

Intellectual Property

All creations and designs made by students during the course belong to the student. However, the academy reserves the right to request display rights for exhibitions, portfolios, and promotional materials with proper attribution.

Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional behavior, respect instructors and fellow students, and follow all academy guidelines. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Changes to Curriculum

The academy reserves the right to update course content, schedules, or policies with prior notice to enrolled students. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
